One of my favorite spot in Istria region is Rt Kamenjak. There is plenty things to see, lots of things to do, amazing spots to take the pictures. Nestled along the rugged coastline of Croatia lies a true paradise for nature lovers and adventurers alike. Situated away in the southernmost tip of the Istrian peninsula, this stunning nature reserve has a diverse array of landscapes, from dramatic cliffs to secluded coves and pristine beaches.

However, if you arrive by car and wish to enter with it, there is a modest fee required. Alternatively, you have the option to park the car before the entrance and proceed on foot, free of charge. One of the most striking features of RT Kamenjak is its rugged coastline, characterized by towering cliffs and hidden sea caves. Hiking along the coastal trails offers breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea, with opportunities for exploration and discovery around every corner. Adventurous souls can even try their hand at cliff diving, plunging into the crystal-clear waters. Adventures

Located on the eastern side of RT Kamenjak, you'll find the beach next to Kamp Stupice. There you can rent equipment including quads, jet skis, canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, windsurfing gear, and more. I've frequented this spot, often with my paddleboard, as it provides access to several nearby small islands Trumbuja, Ceja, Sekovac, offering an intriguing paddling experience. However, I advise caution as the area experiences strong sea currents, winds, and waves.

Beach Mala Kolumbarica

One of the most frequented beaches, and a personal favourite of mine, is Mala Kolumbarica Beach. Situated at the southernmost tip of RT Kamenjak and the Istrian peninsula, it boasts magnificent cliffs for cliff jumping, ample space for sunbathing, stunning views of the lighthouse and a small island, and a popular Safari bar where visitors can enjoy food, drinks, and seek shade from the sun. Two other beaches that are My favorite are Beach Dražice and Školjic.
